This 4.5″ vacuum chuck is machined in our shop from solid 6061 Aluminum. The polymer seal has multiple sealing ridges and is 3D printed. The chuck is threaded 1-1/4″ x 8 TPI and comes with a Tommy-bar for removal.
This is our midsize vacuum chuck, and if you are only going to get one, this is probably your best all-around choice. With a vacuum of 20-25″ of mercury, this chuck should provide approximately 135 to 170 lbs. of holding force.
