Pump, 3 Chucks, Hardware – no Adapter

This kit includes everything you need to get going with vacuum chucking EXCEPT the rotary adapter for lathes with a 1-1/4 x 8TPI spindle.  If you have a Robust lathe, and don’t already have a Robust vacuum adapter, select the vacuum adapter appropriate to your lathe – it can be found on the same web page this item was found on. 

If you have a newer Powermatic lathe, such as any of the 3520’s or 2014, select the vacuum adapter for the Robust AB and S16. If you have a Oneway, use their vacuum adapter, or use our other kit that includes adapters built into the chucks.  All other lathes with at least a .4″ or 10mm through hole in the spindle should also use the kit with built in adapters.

This kit includes assembly instructions, an imported 4CFM pump, the complete hardware kit and three chucks made by Robust from solid 6061 aluminum, sized: 3.25″, 4.5″ and 6″.  Buying this kit saves you about 5% over purchasing the items individually. 

The polymer seals on the chucks have multiple sealing ridges and are 3D printed.  Each chuck comes with a Tommy-bar for removal. Some minor assembly required.
